As we walk toward each other across a crowded street,
although strangers, how good it feels,
When our countenance beams with rays of brightness,
Both yours and mine
Our eyes are wide open, and our brows do not raise with envy
as we are kindred spirits and allies in the battle of the sexes
As women against each other, we choose not to compete
But as we come face to face, solidarity emits from your face and mine.
Our presence is now in sync, like the eclipse of the moon,
And now, as we approach each other, in one moment,
We launch into a smile.
